Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy:
We will make every effort to ship your orders in a timely manner. In most cases, orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. However, we do not ship on Sundays or holidays. You will receive an email with your tracking # once your items have shipped.
Return & Exchange Policy (ONLINE):
If your order does not meet your expectations, you may exchange your order or receive store credit. You must send back your item(s) within 14 days from receiving it. To exchange an item, contact gosweetpb@gmail.com with your order #, name, and item you wish to exchange. All items must be returned with all tags still attached.
Return & Exchange Policy (IN STORE):
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may exchange your items or receive store credit. You must bring back your item(s) within 14 days from purchasing it. All items must be returned with all tags still attached, in good wearing condition, and a receipt must be present at the time of exchange.
**Items may only be exchanged if we have the item in stock. If item is no longer available, you may choose another item of equal price or receive store credit**
